Wharton Impact Presents: Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Immigration

At this lunchtime panel, Wharton faculty Zeke Hernandez and Britta Glennon will answer pressing questions about immigration. Discussion may range among such topics as: the economic effects of immigrant and foreign-born labor, the truth about immigration and economic prosperity, the implications of recent US visa policy, and more. The first fifty attendees will receive a free copy of Zeke Hernandez's new book "The Truth About Immigration: Why Successful Societies Welcome Newcomers.” Lunch will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration is required.

Discussion may range among such topics as: the economic effects of immigrant and foreign-born labor, the truth about immigration and economic prosperity, the implications of recent US visa policy, and more.

Exequiel (Zeke) Hernandez is the Max and Bernice Garchik Family Presidential Professor. He is an expert on global and corporate strategy, with a focus on how the movement of talent, ideas, and firms creates economic prosperity. A renowned voice on the topic of immigration, Zeke is the author of The Truth About Immigration: Why Successful Societies Welcome Newcomers.

Britta Glennon is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Wharton School and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Her research focuses on immigration and cross-border innovation.
